Cooking your own food is one of the greatest practices you can cultivate. Not only are you learning the art of nourishing yourself but those you care for as well.
Ayurveda teaches us to recognize the elemental forces of nature within and around us. Air, fire, water, earth and ether exist within us and around us. Sometimes we have too much air and not enough earth, or too much fire and very little water. In this incredibly gentle seasonal cooking class you will discover how to balance your unique elemental self through the simple practice of cooking food.
