“The sadhana of food is meant to be easy and gentle, not rigid. Aligning with seasonal changes, with the rhythms of the planets and to the day-to-day needs of your body is an essential practice for your health and happiness. The sadhana of food is a lifelong practice. Recognizing that, begin with small steps.” – Aparna Khanolkar , Ayurvedic educator

Ayurveda teaches us to recognize the elemental forces of nature within and around us. Air, fire, water, earth and ether exist within us and around us. Sometimes we have too much air and not enough earth, or too much fire and very little water. In this incredibly gentle seasonal cooking class you will discover how to balance your unique elemental self through the simple practice of cooking food.
